Privacy and your research inquiry
Updated September 8, 2026
Aiso operates Family SUV Brief and handles the personal information described here. Contact Ben Tannenbaum at ben@getaiso.com about this notice or your information. This notice covers familysuvbrief.app and its research inquiry form.
What we collect and why
When you submit a request, we collect your name, email, country, SUV preference, buying timeline, requirements and how you heard about us. City or postcode, budget and currency, and additional discovery details are optional. We also record the page, referring website origin, campaign tags, consent time and a request identifier. Please do not include identity documents, payment information, health details or children's personal information.
We use your consent to store the inquiry and email you about it. Providing a request is voluntary, but we need the required fields to respond. It does not subscribe you to marketing or create a dealer quote request. You can withdraw consent by emailing us; this does not affect processing before withdrawal.
We use basic referral information to understand which research is useful, and technical information to keep the service secure, relying on our legitimate interests in improving the publication and preventing abuse. You may object to this processing by contacting us.
Hosting, storage and recipients
Our website and inquiry service are hosted through Vercel; inquiries are stored in a MongoDB database used by Aiso. Authorised Aiso staff and the service providers needed to host, store and respond to requests may process this information. Hosting processes requests in the United States; information may be handled outside your country. Contact us for details about processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements.
We do not sell inquiries or forward them to dealers without a separate consent that identifies the recipient. We do not make automated decisions about financing, eligibility or purchases.
Cookies and search analytics
This site's application code does not set advertising cookies or load advertising, session-replay or Google Analytics scripts. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools provide search-performance reports; their ownership tags do not install visitor tracking. Hosting providers process network information to deliver and protect the site. Images hosted on another domain cause your browser to request that image from its host. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Retention
We keep inquiries while handling your request and review inactive inquiries for deletion after 12 months, unless a continuing request or legal obligation requires retention. This is a review policy, not automatic deletion of inquiry records. Abuse prevention uses an hourly hashed network identifier with an expiry set to 24 hours; database expiry cleanup may run later. Hosting logs follow the provider's retention settings.
Your choices and rights
Email ben@getaiso.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, to withdraw consent, or to object to processing. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. You may complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK, contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
The inquiry service is intended for adults. We update this notice when practices change and show the revision date above. Read our website terms for the scope of the research service.
